The idea was born from the desire to make the Administration course at the University of Brasília increasingly current, dynamic and interesting for the training of future administrators. We decided to strengthen our pedagogical practices, strengthening the bridges between teaching, research and extension. So, the use of teaching cases emerged as a strong ally.

The ADM Casoteca is the result of an initiative of the NDE (Structuring Teaching Nucleus) of the Administration course, together with the junior company of the course, AD&M. The project is coordinated by Professor Dr. Helena Costa, with the collaboration of Professor Dr. Caio Costa (ADM) and Professor Dr. Henrique Costa (FD). The initiative receives funding from the CEAD/UnB Education for the Third Millennium (2019), which seeks to foster innovations for teaching-learning relations at our university.

The activities will last 12 months and will start in October 2020. The team consists of 3 scholarship students and 6 volunteers. The first planned activity will be the analysis of existing prominent repositories, offering parameters for the development of our online platform. Then, cases themselves will be built, as well as manuals for writing cases to integrate the repository and, finally, teaching support materials using the case method.
