Why are there no teaching notes in the ADM Casoteca?

A case is alive and collaborative, it is always under construction. In addition, in the same case, several forms of conduction and a variety of readings can be used. We also understand that the materials must be available to everyone, overcoming the question of whether or not grades are accessible to students (and the fear and effort placed to keep them only among teachers).

Each time we apply a case in the classroom, there are possibilities to make adjustments. It is important that they are always open to review and update. Thus, the ADM Casoteca has no teaching grades.

We have the possibility, offered by the technological path used (Ghost combined with Leanpub), which allows us to update cases here on our platform and ebooks to be generated with updates, always keeping them exclusive and contemporary.

As a vision of the future, we want collaboration to be increasingly alive around cases. As a next step, we want to generate a learning community that exchanges its experiences in conducting cases, presenting the views of students and teachers, showing what works and what doesn't, bringing a thousand forms of debates on the same case.
