Why does the ADM Casoteca have cases in Portuguese and English?

The predominant language of the ADM Casoteca is Portuguese. After all, one of our goals is to strengthen the culture of using teaching cases in the training of administrators in Brazil.

As we know, this methodology is much more widespread internationally, which makes us have excellent repositories in English.

However, the ADM Casoteca has started the construction of some cases in English to internationalize the debate about some national companies a little more and to expose our students more to the practice of the English language.

This initiative is coupled with the TCA 2 course, offered entirely in English by Professor Helena Costa in the undergraduate course in ADM at UnB. The class is also totally based on case methodology, bringing materials from globally renowned universities (UCLA, MIT, Stanford, etc.), as well as cases from our ADM Casetheque.
